Well I'm on the home straight now with the BlackBerry Party for LS2007 and I need a catchy name for it!

Here's what it does:

Domino - There's a web based application which allows users to add events.  Once entered the event has to be confirmed by responding to an email sent to a contact address.  Once confirmed the event appears in a view which presents the various events as XML for the BlackBerry.  To keep things as small as possible I set the view selection to show events happening on or after the date the view is requested.

BlackBerry - With your device you'll be able to:

• Download all of the events that are held in the Domino database and see them in a list
• Search the events by category and date
     Display details of each event
• Add an event to your calendar
• Subscribe (and unsubscribe) with some keywords (interests) and receive an email with details of like minded people so you can arrange your own events
• View details of popular venues on or near Disney (telephone numbers and possibly details of any discounts)
• I've still got to do the Venue & calendar pieces but they should be ready today

It's now a real working thing, it's nearly ready and it needs a name.  If anything comes to mind please free to make a suggestion

Oh and I discovered something new about storing data on the BlackBerry. It comes under that category of "I wish I'd known about that an hour ago!!!" and I'll post something about that later.
