Awards....

One day I'll get back to adding something technical, but in the meantime....
I'm not sure how I feel about awards generally, and I'm talking about industry awards like the Oscars or say the Beacon awards (for our industry).
Recognition on the other hand is something I'm really keen on. I try very hard to recognise good service and good work. Telling someone they've done a good job and letting others know too often pays dividends.
I've been listening to the TakingNotes Podcast all week and to Chris Millers Podcast (IdoNotes) and I've been constantly suprised at the quality of them. They're consistently interesting, educational and entertaining - how do they do that?
What I'm leading up to is: Is there some kind of award that these guys could be nominated for? I don't know of one. If there isn't there should be......

Agreed 100%! I recently bought a memory card for my cell phone in order to be able to dump all the podcasts in there and listen whenever I can. I don't even turn on my car radio anymore. They're doing a great job.
