If I had my way then on Monday....
Lewis Hamilton will have won the F1 Grand Prix
England will have won the World Cup (and become the only team to retain it)
Charles Kennedy will have thrown his hat into the ring of the Liberal Democrat leadership race
All in all it's going to be an exciting weekend!
It's been a bit of a quiet week this week so not much to report - rebuilding Webservers, another dominoWiki customisation (RSS feeds by document category. If anyone's interested I'll post the new elements in a db very straightforward)....

So all in all things shaped up pretty much as expected though not as I'd hoped
Congratulations to Lewis and England on their successes (I'm not being sarcastic). A fantastic turn around by the England side and as for Lewis this year must have been beyond his wildest dreams.
I hope the FIA don't interfere and change the result of the world championship. Lewis has many years of winning ahead of him and he'll come back more determined to win. As for Alonso I've been very disapointed by his carping F1 is a team sport isn't it? He drives for McClaren Mercedes not Team Fernando Alonso.....
